Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter incl all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks ,straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complet all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in sub base cemplete all as directed and specified

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ultra design cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x22 mm thick made in rubber moulding with white or coloured cement, as in floors over screed bed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for heavy duty coloured paving tiles of size 300mmX300mmX9-10mm thick xeteriorbgrade set and jointed with neat cemeent slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles laid over screed bed complete all as specified .Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L machine precast colour concrete decorative interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Gde complete all as specified.

M & L for 18 to 20mm thick granite of any type (table rubbed & polished) in jambs, pillars, window cills, plate forms, steps, crumple joints in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2), using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick screed bad or backing layer in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

S & F factory made precast plain/dotted concrete curve stone of size 300x300x125mm, setting in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed in cement slurry complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of any colour as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any colour as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made precast RCC drain or manhole cover of size 1200x500x65mm thick with MS flat iron frame of 65x1mm thick including setting & levelling complete all as specified.

S & F factory made precast RCC drain cover of size 1500x500x65mm thick with MS flat iron frame of 65x1mm thick inluding setting, levelling at site complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, mplete all as specified.

M&L for removing excavated material exc. 50 m but n exc. 250 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm.

S&F MS work in repairs as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L preparation of newly steel surface over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coats of red oxide primer all as directed and specified.

M&L preparation of newly steel surface n exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coats of red oxide primer all as directed and specified.

S & F chain link fencing of mesh size 50mm and wire size 2mm, fixed to steel posts and MS flat strip with straining nut bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing c/c weight 97 to 106kg per running km complete all as directed and specified.

S & F of MS deformed bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to, complete all as directed.

S & F for MS nut bolt of 12mm dia and 50mm long incl drilling to MS angle or flat iron member complete all as specified.
