Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc or not exceeding 10sqm on plan for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer as in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5Cum, getting out, in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, walling of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed secunderabad type, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, struck flush in the same mortar as work proceeds complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except stone. Note: Serviceable stones obtained from item No 1 shall be reused under this item.

M&L, Flush pointing to new squared rubble stone masonry, coursed or uncoursed built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L, brickwork with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and kerb stone including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick masonry, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for angle iron fencing posts, plinth beams etc., and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of approved mesh size and nominal dia GI wire with tolerance as per IS to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of line wires, binding wire including taking down existing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The chain link fence fabric shall have zinc coating of type heavy as given in IS 4826 or in IS 12753. Tolerances permitted on the diameter of mesh and line wire shall be as given in IS: 280.

S&F, mild steel framed work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F, mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering . Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410W Grade E-250, complete including dismatling of old mild steel work all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L, 25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles of approved size with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including disposal of debris off the premises all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L, 50mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying of paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 60mm thick, M-35 Grade, rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed

M&L, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in sub base finishing the surface even and rough including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed
