Supply with transportation at site of polygonal shap 15 mtr High mast pole (BPP/Utkarsh) with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two section, made from H.T. Steel of grade BSEN10025,S355JO hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind speed 180 km/hr as per IS 875. It should also included acc. for high mast including head fame, two continuas steel wire rope mm ( Grade AISI 316), tailing cable,, double drum winch galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 6 nos. luminaries installation symmetrically and its control gear box, motor, manual operating handle, motor mounting plate, L staper , Lightening arrester , Junction box, including foundation acc. the mast shall have an integral power tools installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Luminaries wiring materials including in the mast supply price. Technical Specification. Bottom 340 mm, top- 150 mm thick , 3mm (bottom and top both) section - 2nos, length 6500 mm (Bottom), Base plate 540 mm dia, base plate thickness- 25 mm. hole dia- 26 mm, foundation bolt size 24 mm dia Bolt length 850 mm, No of hole 6 nos. Provision for providing reinforcement as per bar bending schedule

Provision for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Erection of 15 m high mast with all acc with the help of suitable equipments or with the help of modern engineering practices

Supplying and erection of LED avition obstruction light Lumainair ( Bajaj 110731)

Supplying and fixing double door MS feeder piller box with near the high mast tower

Providing the following component ( switching acc.) inside the fidder piller including internal wiring all. Complete for autometic , timely OFF/ON for operating of (6 to 8 nos) 180 LED lighting fitting. i)63 A 4 pole MCB isolater 1 no. ii)240 V contractor- 1 no. iii) Day dial timer (GIC)- 1 no iv) By pass switch- 1 no v) outlet Terminal - 2 nos. vi) Starter for motor operation (Forward and Reverse direction )- 1no

Supplying and erection of Earthing station with 50 mm dia. GI pipes 3.65 mm thick, 3M long and 1no. 4 SWG G.I wire 4 M long, 13mm dia, 80 mm long G.I bolt double washers, nuts, S&F 15 mm dia G.I pipe protection , to be field with bitumen, partly under ground and partly above above ground level driven to an avarage depth 3.65 m below the ground level including excavation of soil
