M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and providing and applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per clause 503 of specification for road & bridges works of MORT&H (5th Revision) on Bituminous surface using RS-I Type packed bituminous emulsion at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm complete all specified & directed

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content using paving VG - 30 grade bitumen of min. 4% by weight of total mix all as specified & directed. Note: 4% binder content shall be for pricing purpose only. Any deviation in minus side shall be adjusted and no price adjustment shall be made for plus side variation.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with min 5.00% binder content, paving butimen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all specified & directed. Note : 5.0 % binder content shall be for pricing purpose only. Any deviation in minus side shall be adjusted and no price adjustment shall be made for plus side variation.

M&L for painting with golden yellow /white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on bitumen road, line, dashes, arrow, letters etc. on road pavement (parking etc.) providing & applying 2.0 mm thick road marking strips with glass beads (reflective) of specified shade /colour using hot thermoplastic material fully / semi-automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaces as per IRC-35 including preparation of previously treated surfaces, cleaning surfaces of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instruction. Make 3M / Green lite or techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye alumnium alloy shall be 100% water proofing design according to 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all specified & directed

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand, crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer, PQC laid manually, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine on surface all as specified in Clause-10.1.14 and Table~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 and directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris, Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.
