Dismantling /taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab incl removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof slab, with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm, providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and of approved make, including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flamed torching applications all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound.

M &L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern roof covering etc complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof coveing fixed with self tapping screw

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F 2MM Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviciable fully interlocked industrial switch socket of capacity 63 A, 3 phase, 440 volts fixed on walls/ MS Frame and removing them from site after taking into credit at various locations in the Fabrication work shop area complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of interlocked Industrial insulated switch socket combination (5 pin) of capacity 63 amps, 3 phase, 440 volts, complete fixed on walls/MS frame at various locations in the Fabrication workshop building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge. The switch socket should also contain an MCB of same capacity 63 Amps. Make: Havells/Schneider/Bajaj.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable Tap off Boxes / plug in boxes fixed over a busbar at a height of appx 3-4 mtrs of various capacities (32 A, 63A, 125A, 200A, 400A) and removing them from site after taking into credit present at various locations in the Fabrication work shop area complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Tap off Boxes/ Plug in boxes alongwith metal enclosure of size 400 x 300 x 200 mm fitted with MCCB 4 pole of capacity 32 Amps along the busbar suitable for air insulated copper sandwich type bustrunking suitable for 3 phase, 50 hz, 1000 volts and inpulse voltage upto 12 KV at a height of 3-4 mtrs appx fixed at various locations of Fabrication workshop bldg and ensuring the connections are safe and sound and are ready to use complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.
