Cost for Refrigerant Gas (R-134a) and compressor oil required shall be included under this item.

M&L for servicing of cooling tower suitable for 60 TR AC plant through cleaning re-agent complete pipe line, including servicing of cooling tower motor and fan and make the necessary alignment with motor and replacement of bearing of suitable cap after necessory work including gressing and replacement of nut bolts and preventing leakage if any by means of suitable adetives etc all as directed and specified. Note : The cost labour charges for cleaning of PVC Fills and refixing including minor spare parts if any required at the time of repair is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the job. Replacement of PVC Fills will be paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M & L for replacement of chilled water tank thermocal insulationed and providing new chilled water storage tank capcity 1000 Ltrs to compensate chilled water line losses fabricated with 6mm thick MS Plate duly insulated from all sides with thermocoal insulation TF quality insulation of 80mm thick duly wraped and stiched and duly pasted with siporex compound covered with polysterene sheet and chicken wire mesh duly wraped and covered aluminium sheet of 24 gauge thickness and two coats of for cement plaster applied over it after water proofing including mounting stand made up of angle iron/channel not less than 50X6mm including GI pipe of 40mm dia from tank all as directed.

Dismantling the existing 30 TR capacity condenser from top of the existing unit, disconnecting the inlet and outlet connections of gas & water, transporting the same to the workshop, opening both flanges, boring, taking out complete existing 95 Nos damaged/choked finned copper tubes each of 1.94 metre long & of size 1/2" dia, replacing all the 95 Nos tubes with new finned copper tube of size 1/2" dia & each of 1.94 metre long, pressure testing at workshop, transporting the repaired condensor to the site,reinstalling at site on the top of existing unit, connecting the inlet & outlet connections, welding,boring etc, pressure testing with nitrogen, vaccumizing, gas charging, testing on load for smooth functioning, complete in all respects, all as specified and directed. (Location: Condenser No. 1 installed in 60 TR AC Plant at EKM WKS) Note: Supply only refrigerent for topping-upshall only be paid for separately to the extent required and ordered.

M& L for Material and labour Dismantling and taking out motor TEFC 1.0 HP capacity from base for Servicing of motor overhauling including greasing of all moveable parts including rewinding of stator assembly of motor 1.0HP capacity of CSU 3.0 TR capacity with super enameled copper wires of suitable gauge and duly insulated with Class E insulated material and varnishing complete and refitting same after repair including transportation to W/s and back reassembling and reconnecting with CSU blower and testing on full load for entre satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

PVC/Polpropylene fills/Nozzels with maximum allowable temperature 50 degree centigrade, drift losses 0.005% of water circulation with suitable foundation and float valve of suitable size complete all as specified. Make : Mihir or equivalant to advance make.

Supply and fix in repairs Pot stainer CI 65 mm complete with companion flanges, nuts, bolts gaskets etc and confirming to PN -16 ratings, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Pot stainer CI 100 mm complete with companion flanges, nuts, bolts gaskets etc and confirming to PN -16 ratings, all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs. 93,892.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
