Supply, install, testing and commissioning MCCB 4 Pole , 415 V, adjustable type, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including 40mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth strip connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning, testing 400 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, in duct, wall/roof and making good the disturbed surface including cable glands, aluminium thimble of suitable size for making connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F busbar chamber 4 strip, electrolytic copper busbar capacity 100 Amps, of suitable length for 4 way out going, to be fixed/ mounted on pole /post / wall/ angle with suitable size of clamp, nut bolt, washer, angle of suitable size, etc required at site for fixing of bus bar including taking out the old unserviceable busbar unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and commisioning hi wall split Air Conditioner units indoor and outdoor, Inverter type complete with cordless remote control unit, with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 4 Star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Copper pipe and accessories shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 150-285 volt with output voltage stabilizer at 230 volt with accuracy of ( + -) 2.5% complete all as specified and directed. (Make : V Guard / Microtek / Venus)

Material and labour for sub-main wiring (Concealed type) with FRLS two run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sq mm and one run of 4.0 Sqmm copper conductor as continuity earth wire, drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size with fittings and accessories as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Three run of 4.0sqmm copper conductor+One run PVC conduit shall measured as one unit i.e RM. (ii) Cutting chases for housing of PVC conduit, wire and making good the distrubed surface as per existing shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug socket and plug top 20 Amp, 240 volts complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stand/bracket fabricated from structural steel sections of suitable size for 1.5 Ton/2 Ton AC outdoor unit including nut, bolts, washer, welding, bedding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.
