Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the primises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured double charged polished glazed vitrified tiles 9-10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exec 1 Sqm in floors/vertical set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 but in in vertical surfaces such as skirtings and dados.

M&L light shade vitrified light coloured Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 but in in vertical surfaces such as skirtings and dados.

M&L HI-gloss digital ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 600mm x 1200mm and 8-10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above item will be executed by applying tile adhesive of approved make and as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L glazed tiles digital coloured ceramic tiles 300x450x7mm/300x600x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of designer border (Highlighter) tiles are included in this item.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.
