M & L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised Iron Strip of size 32x6mm size, by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washer made of GI or Steel Earth connecting with test point, provision of Charcal and salt in alternate layers, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade MS funnel with jali, PCC M-15 Type B-1 in pit with XPM not elss than 4Kg per Sqm and Earthpit with cover returning, filling, removing excavated material all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I making good excavated surfaces such as hard standing refixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks removed during excavation on earthpit to mach existing surfaces after taking out old/unserviceable one complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for maintainance free environment friendly earth electrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia, 3 mtrs long rod of low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro OHMS, highly conductive ANSI/NSF STD-60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 lbs) after taking out old, U/S one complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- JEF Ecosafe or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for Galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm burried in ground or fixed on walls/floor with suitable saddles and screws beyond 7.5mtr of earth lead connecting with test point after taking out old/unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground or fixed on walls/floor with suitable saddles and screws beyond 7.5mtr of earth lead connecting with test point after taking out old/unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with aluminium conductor in and including heavy duty PVC conduiot fixed with screw on wall and using cable size 1x50 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade stranded aluminium conductor after taking out old, U/S earthing strip complete all as specified and as directed. Make of cable : Havells/Finolex/ L & T/Plaza/Anchor.

Test point terminal block made of gunmetal /phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, filling, spreading, leveling in layers and well ramming dry river sand around cable in cable duct after clening of unwanted debris from cable ducts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chequered plate 5 mm thick size as per site requirement including cutting to required shape and appling two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for climbing and light fitting post on steel tubular poles complete including takind down old one all as specified and as directed.
