Disconnecting electrically operated squirrel cage crane heavy duty motors of cap 13.4 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volts from existing location of electro mechanically driven winch unit by unscrewing nuts, bolt and dismantlling all components/parts carefully, checking all components in and including servicing, greasing, oiling complete etc as applicable on the site for smooth functioning all as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor complete with electro mechanically driven winch unit and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting locking pin motors of cap 1 HP 3 Phase 415 Volts in respect of locking pin unit from existing location of RTP by unscrewing of nuts, bolt and dismantlling all parts carefully, checking all components in and including servicing, greasing, oiling etc complete all as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor complete with the existing pin unit and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for Item No. 1 & 2 : (i) If motor rewinding works are required during currency of contract, the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of the schedule (2) The contractor is responsible for functionig of winch motors and locking pin motors efficiently during entire currency period of the contract. (Location - RTP installation)

Labour only for dismanling all components of winch motor gear box assembly unit complete - 01 set using necessary tools and plants carefully, removing of existing old grease and other lubricating materials from all parts by rubbing, scrapping and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel and other cleaning material as applicable etc and applying Greasing to spindles, guide rollers, platform locking pins etc arrangements using gease gun etc and after applying fresh grease, assembling all parts carefully, assembling, alignment with winch unit properly testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for applying Black cadmium compound to hoisting mechanism wire ropes, rope drum and rope pulleys of winch assembly - 01 No using necessary tools and plants etc after dismanling all components carefully, removing of existing old cadmium compound and other lubricating materials from all parts by rubbing, scrapping and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and applying fresh cadmium compound, assembling all parts carefully, alignment with winch unit properly, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for opening winch gearbox screws and nuts bolts, dismanling all components carefully, draining out existing oil from gearbox of winch assembly unit - 01 No using necessary tools and plants etc removing of old sludge and foreign material from gear box complete, overhauling of gear box parts complete and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and filling gear oil carefully, reassembling, alignment with winch unit properly, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Grease in 18 / 20 kg bucket as available in the market for Greasing spindles, guide rollers, platform locking pins etc of Radar Test Platform all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Castrol (Premium longlife) or equivalent specifications as apporved by GE.

Supply only Black cadmium compound in 18 kg bucket for hoisting mechanism wire ropes, rope drum and rope pulleys etc of Radar Test Platform all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Balmerol (Bluecoat 2B) or equivalent specifications as apporved by GE.

Supply only Gear Oil 90 grade or equivalent type suitable for filling / top up in winch gear box as per site conditions all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up defective electrically operated squirrel cage crane duty motor of cap 13.4 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volts from existing location, checking, measuring no load current, IR value and winding resistance using micro ohm meter before rewinding works and dismantling of motor, taking out defective winding wires and rewinding works with best quality existing gauge copper of existing gauge with new insulation materials, varnishing, heatinng, reassembling, testing, assembling of motor, carry out no load current and KW study and alignment of all the loosen parts including transportation and back including re-fixing, connections, testing and commisioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up defective motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, AC 1 HP capacity from the existing location, dismantlling, removing the burn out winding, rewinding with same gauge copper wire, insulating, varnishing, reassemble parts, re-fixing in the same position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning electro hydrulic Thruster operated brake assembly complete unit KTM type 415 Volts, three phase, 50 Hz all as per existing on site and requirements in and including with all connected items by using necessary tools and plants complete in and including dismantlling, taking up old existing electro hydrulic Thruster operated brake assembly KTM type complete from the existing location of RTP winch unit with all connected items carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for hiring of consultancy services whose are having not less than 5 years experience in the field of manufacturing of hoisting system / electro magnetic winch motor mechanism / Cranes and locking mechanism etc for complete checking of healthiness of existing RADAR TESTING PLATFORM infrastructure complete in all respects consisting of fixed platform, moving platform (self weight 30 Ton) and designed for lifting load of RADAR VEHICLES LOAD 50 T (lifting from ground level to 100 Feet height) and submission of detailed report on healthiness of the complete existing RTP Infra along with detailed recommendations on modifications specifications , financial effect of each modification etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - The firm should visit the site and see the whole scope of work before quoting the rate. The rate will be inclusive of the testing, equipments needed for it and cost of auth consulting firm charges alongwith report.

Supplying and laying for replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for maintenance free grounding solution set earthing comprising rod, outer pipe in GI and having minimum diameter of 76

mm, 3metre in length and inner pipe to have minimum diameter of 50mm both end properly welded to make airtight. GI terminal size hal lbe of 100mm x 50mm x 6mm with two numbers of m8 holes for termination; area in between two pipes shall be filled with dry type chemical powder having high conductivity and make sure that no air pockets are left; electrode shall be tested for short circuit test of miniumu 40kA at CPRI/NABL approved lab; the earthing electrode shall be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to a depth of 3.5metre in any type of strata; using pneumatice boring machine, 50kg BFC shall be placed in the bore to cover the earhing rod from all sides; BFC shall be poured in slurry form in properly mixed condition, the earthing pit cover top 7inches and 10inches bottom and length 10inches shall be provided to cover the earth pit and shall be made of heavy duty polythene and it shall be capable of carrying weight of 5tonne, complete all as specified and directed.
