RENOVATION OF WORKSHOP BUILDING AT KAVARATTI

Plastering with C.M. 1:5, 12 mm thick for damaged areas of walls, parapet etc including cost of all Materials, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools etc complete

Dismantling cement concrete 1:2:4 richer mix including disposal off dismantled materials with in a lead of 30m within a lead of 30 m including cost of all materials, labour charges, minor tools etc complete.

Providing form works for R.C.C works such as slab, beam, column, stair etc., including centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting, propping, etc., cost of all labour charges, all material, minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and laying R.C.C. 1:1½ :3 (one cement, one and half M sand and three granite chips 20mm down size) for column, beam, slab, beam, sunshade etc, including cost of all labour charges and minor tools, transportation of materials to work site etc., complete.

Fabrication and placing of m.s. rod grills for the RCC works including cutting, bending, tying and placing cost of binding wire etc. including cost of all labour charges, tools, cost of all steel, fabrication charges, transportation of materials etc. complete.

Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:5 for damaged brick work in front side of work shop including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site,cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Removing of AC Sheet roofing and stacking the good sheets in the departmental yard at Kavaratti as per the direction of EIC including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools etc complete.

Providing G.I. coated corrugated pre coated sheet 0.80 mm thick for roofing of workshop by fixing with hooks, bolts & nuts, Self drilling, tapping screws etc, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, scaffolding, cost of materials etc, but excluding cost of purline, rafters, trusses fabrication which will be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing GI Pre Coated ridges of 22 gauge and hips in roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools etc. complete.

Taking out of window and ventilator shutter and refixing the same after fixing with new hinges which will be issued by the department on free of cost at departmental store at Kavaratti but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, etc complete.
