Earth work in making Daula in ordinary soil i/c ramming and dressing also including 1.50m lift and 200m lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in cuttingor in embankment in Ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm. Layers, i/c ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slope and also including 1.50m lift and 30m lead. the earth from cutting to be used for making subgrade within 200m distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular suv-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC. And compaction with smooth wheel roller to achieve th desired density, as per MORD specification 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific sizes(40-63mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggreagte, waterin and compaction to the required density (For Grading-II)

Providing, laying , spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.40-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratorv roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compaction to the required density (For Grading-III)

Providing and laying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base inclluding cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the of 0-60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing layingh and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared surface by Paver machine

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 by Paver machine

Supplying Laying and fixing in position 110mm dia P.V.C pipe i/c cost of material, labour and T and P.

Providing and laying C.C. inter locking tiles of 60 to 80 mm thick i/c levelling and dressing of surface up to required level and slopes over 30mm thick bed and filling joints with fine sand i/c cost of fine sand, labour, T and P etc complete. As directed by Engineer-in-charge.
