Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm PVC pipes of 4kg/cm2 required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the backfill int he abutments and wings.

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position of various depths and heights below and abvoe ground level complete as directed by the Engineer complying with specification.

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutter of following sizes made out of 12mm thick Mild Steel plates and 100 x 50 x 6mm Mild Steel Channels for outer frame, vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild Steel plate 2 Nos. of size 0.10 x 0.35m with required bolts and nuts and shutter Groove Angle made out of 100 x 50 x 10mm Mild Steel Channel of suitable length both sides and Providing Screw Rod 75 mm dia Mild Steel Round Rod duly machined and threaded to necessary length suit the Capstan Head Assembly with necessary bolt and nut and beam made out of 200x100x6mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 16mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements with necessary Fish Plate made out of 10mm Mild Steel plate 2 Nos of size 0.10 x 0.40m and the Cast Iron Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut duly machined with nut, threading to suit the Screw rod of 63mm with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over the one coat Red Oxide primer etc., The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation and conveying loading and unloading charges including petty civil work and trail operation etc., complete. Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and single side outer frame and inner cross bracing of 65x65x6mm MS angle all welded with shutter plate screw rod of 50mm diameter round welded with square thread to height of 2.50m. Top beam made out of 150mm x 75mm R.S.joists to adequate length -2nos with necessary holes arrangements to fix the headset assembly with base, bottom nut, top cover. Nut threaded with square threaded to suit the rod thread. The sluice top open covered with framed MS sheet having locking type arrangement with stiffeners at bottom, locks etc complete. Conveying the fabricated shutter including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and including all taxes etc., complete.
