M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building with water proofing compound complete all as directed and specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on Bk surfaces on fair face of brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite stone (any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment (1:2) to match the shade of stone including cutting moulding and polishing as in kitchen slab/counters etc laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washer, waste pipe etc including cast iron brackets, connecting union over all size 915mm X 460mm with bowl size 410mm X 330mm X 160mm complete.. S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin of size 550mm x 400mm white, flat back including angle iron brackets with two coats of synthetic enamel paints including PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia of suitable length, PVC connection of 15mm dia & 450mm long with PTMT nuts, and 32mm dia brass waste fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
