OUTDOOR UNIT

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Volume type multi unit air-conditioning system complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual controller for cooling only operations. SITC of Variable Refrigerant Volume Outdoor Unit complete with hermitically sealed scroll compressor as per following nominal capacities complete with protective coated fins, mounting frame, casing, microproccessor panel, and other standard accessories : i) Microproccessor panel , ii) First charge of refirigerant R 410A , iii) Protective coated fins iv) Mounting frame with isolation pad , all required accessories, structural support and civil foundation. v) Interconnecting Pipes for Liquit, Discharge and Suction vi) Interconnecting Cables and Earthing from nearest given point . All Inverter Scroll Compressor(s) with variable refrigeration evaporating temperature enabled feature in outdoor unit capable of inverter control with 6 pole compressor motor. The inverter compressor should be capable of changing the speed in accordance to the variation in cooling or heating load requirement, back pressure control mechanism for efficient operation in low-load condition. The outdoor unit should be fitted with low noise, aero spiral design fan with minimum External Static Pressure of 75 Pa for easy discharge of Hot air, aero fitting grille, to reduce pressure loss. The outdoor unit should be capable of automatic refrigerant charge function. The heat exchanger shall be constructed with copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to form a cross fin coil. The cost should be inclusive of Lifting, Shifting & Positioning of Outdoor Units to the installation platform

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of variable refrigerant volume modular type indoor units comprising of all accessories as per the specifications. The indoor units shall be suitable to work on cooling as well as heating mode.The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 220 ±6% volts, 50Hz, 1 phase AC power supply. Ductable indoor units shall be suitable to handle extent of ductwork as shown in the design drawings and dehumidified air quantity as mentioned in the heat load summary sheet under "Special Conditions" and the indoor units shall be of following capacities. Outdoor assumed to Installed in the same Floor.

Supply of R-410A Refrigerent gas

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of MS Ractangular frame using channels/angle iron sections as required for VRV Outdoor Units. The frame work shall be applied with red oxide primer and thereafter, two coats of enamel paint of approved colour Nitrogen Pressure Testing in entire circuit of copper pipes for leak testing including indoor and outdoor unit.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commossioning of Canvas Connection for all Ductable Indoor unit.

Dismantling of Defective AHU copper colling coil by cutting,welding, etc. and shifting the same from existing position to dump yard within 100 mtrs etc. as complete as required.

Supply of 1.1KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated Armoured Aluminum underground Cables.(Approved Make-Havells, KEI, Polycab, RR Kabel,RPG, NICCO, Finolex, CCI, Incab)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Power Cabling

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the steel/PVC enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Triple pole and neutral

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required

Supplying and application Of underdeck insulation for Machine boxing with insulation of 25 mm closed cell Nitrile Rubbber/FR-XLPE with all accessories i/c fasteneres, wiremesh etc complete as reuired

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick nitrile insulation having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Duct/Grilles/Diffusers

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support etc. as per approved drawing and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.
