For Superstructure in Ground Floor
Paving the floor with Granite slab of 20mm thick in floors with cement mortar 1:3 mix of 20mm thick, Granite slab of (double side polished steel grey granite slab) 20mm thick in size laid over base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Plastering sand) 20 mm thick and applying cement slurry & pointing with white cement and colour pigments to the colour of stones and polished neatly cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.
Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of 300 mm x 450 mm size of approved colour, design and quality by the departmental officers, laid in Cement mortar 1:2 mix of 10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.
Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix of 12mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations, including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.
Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Departmewntal officers before use on work, cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.
Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.
Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5AFT switch and making good oft the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light/fan Point (for electronic regulator) cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications. (SD 25)
Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 15 W LED Bulb cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications. (SD 83)
Providing rain water harvesting using 3 No.of RCC well rings of 90cm inner dia (clear) with 5cm wall thickness made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken jelly to a height of 30cm each supplying and fabricating 16 No. of 6mm dia MS rod vertically and 3 No. of 6mm dia MS rod circumferentially tied together with 18 guage binding wire for well rings including necessary earth work excavation 1m dia to a depth of 1m, supplying and filling 40mm HBG inside the erected well ring to a depth of 90cm, and top covered with RCC circular perforated cover slab of 1m dia and 5cm thick which inclusive of cost and fabrication of 6mm M.S reinforcement at 15 cm spacings on both directions and one 6mm M.S rod ties at the edge of the slab circumferentially including cost of moulding, curing, finishing and well placing in position and disposing off excavated earth with all initial leads and lifts in places as shown by the Departmental officers etc., complete in all respects cost including all costs etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.
Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed.110mm dia PVC Pipe [4 Kg/SqCm]
Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between.
