[Note : SH I : Supply and Fixing of Lights and Accessories contains Item No. 1 to 12] Supply of elevated type MIRL fitting for taxiway/Apron with ALED lamp, complete with lens support mechanisam lens clamping mechanisam pre focous lamp holder,control coloumn assembly Breakable coupling gasket, two pin leads, base with 6 no M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washer & other accessories with omnidirectional blue lens with 45 W Halogen lamp complete as reqd.

Supply of Inset type Bidirectional Threshold cum end light fitting with 105 watts, 6.6 Amps halogen lamp,lamp holder with bottom box, prism / filter, neoprene gasket for two pin secondary lead and other accessories etc as per specification given and complete as required to meet latest ICAO requirement.

Supply of following sizes 5KV grade plug & recepticle of type - 1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following sizes, 5KV grade, PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable confirming to technical specifications as reqd. (i) 16 sq.mm.

Supply of following sizes 5KV grade plug & recepticle of type - 1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following sizes, 5KV grade, PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable confirming to technical specifications as reqd. (i) 6 sq.mm.

Supply of 45 W ,20A/6.6Amp ,5KV grade 50 Hz isolating Transformers series type encapsulated in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary leads as specified in technical specifications .

Supply of 200 W,20/6.6Amp ,5KV grade 50 Hz isolating Transformers series type encapsulated in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary leads as specified in technical specifications .

Supply of 105 W Runway Lamp for lamp of inset type fittings.

Supply of C.I isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height 250mm made of 10mm thick case iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and having a clear opening of 220mm hole centre and 06 nos holes taped to receive M-10 Stainless Steel at PCD of 260mm to receive light fitting base plate bolts. The housing box having clear hole center at two side (opposite to each other) 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive two Nos. of 50 mmdia "B" class GI pipe , two nos earth bolts of 10 x 30 mm welded inside near the hole , a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to 1/2 dia 'B" class G.I. pipes etc. complete etc. as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes in runway / Hard soil/ Hard Rock/ PCC by cutting existing structure upto suitable depth [max 300 mm] and filled all round concrete of 1:2:4, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250mm long 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type fitting by cutting the existing runway at specified location and filling the surrounding gap with suitable epoxy material (resin , hardener , silica etc.) / grouting compound and connecting with the existing transformer housing boxes by secondary lead in existing pipe including installation of isolating transformer, lens, lamps gasket, nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories I/c alignment , levelling, connection, earth connection etc.as reqd. and approved by engineer in charge. Note : Supply of Secondary lead is included in this item.

Installation, testing and commissioning of MIRL elevated fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes inlcuding installation of transformer, lens, lamps gasket, nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories I/c alignment , levelling, isolating transformer, connection, earth connection etc as per site requirement.

Making field connections by crimping of following sizes plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5KV grade airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent materil applying PVC insulation tape etc as reqd. i) 6/16 sq.mm

Dismantaling of existing CI transformer housing boxes from the cement concrete on the runway by removing the HIRL/MIRL fixtures complete,isolating transformers, HT power cables,GI-Pipes etc. and handing over the dismantled fixtures,transformers,GI pipes etc to the store of AAI etc as required.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of grade 5 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm on wall/ surface as reqd.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of grade 5 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in masonary open duct as reqd.

Providing, laying and fixing following inner dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with G.I. fittings including cutting the runway/ Hard Rock up to 250mm and re-filling the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc. as required. (i) 15 mm

Excavation of trench in the hard rock not exceeding in 1.5 Mtr. Width and lift upto 1.5 Mtr. Including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 mtrs.

Providing & fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing surface / recessed / alongwith cable in cable trench / pipe as reqd.

Earthing with G. I. pipe 4.5 m long , 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Numbering of GLF fittings/CCR's/Earthing Pits etc. as required.

Supply of Controlling knob suitable for Youyang / Nasu make CCR for remote control desk etc complete as required.

ITC of 05 Nos Controlling Knob in remote control desk and synchonize and operanalize the system with CCR including connection etc.

Supply of following sizes upto 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, copper conductor control cable confirms to IS with up to date amendments etc complete as required. (i) 30 core 2.5 sqmm copper armoured control cable

S/I/TC of indoor type air cooled 20 KW CCR of thyrister type suitable for use on 230V50HZ input A/C supply with output power of at 6.6Amp. with tappings for 5 steps for variation in output current suitable for operation on local & remote with rated voltage control system complete with earth leakage meter, positive back indication, complete with 5KV grade CT & relay contacts interconection with multicore control cable junctionbox complete as reqd.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. (i) Above 35 sqmm and Up to 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size on wall surface as required. (i) Above 35 sqmm and Up to 95 sq. mm Up to 35 sq. mm (Clamped with 25 x 3 MS flt clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (i) Above 35 sqmm and Up to 95 sq. mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 30 core x 2.5 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

laying of 90mm dia ( OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal ) size DWC HDPE pipe complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (20 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.
