INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor in and including heavy duty PVC conduit pipe (ISI marked) including fittings & accessories including 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC copper conductor multistranded as earth wire connected to the common earth dolly as specified for one light point/fan/exhaust fan/ bell controled by one switch complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 3.01 above but one light point controlled by one, 2 wayswitch for staircase.

All as per item No. 3.01 above but one three pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board.

All as per item No. 3.01 above but one three pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

All as per item No. 3.01 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor as earth wire for 3 pin, 15 Amps socket outlet complete.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron medium grade 15mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC Chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 & RCC cover in M-20 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI earth wire upto main board is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

ARBORICULTURE

Supply and planting of trees of height 2.4 m and above and 2 to 2.5 years old with proportional girth of ever green and or shady species alongwith spikes stakes including preparation composite pits of size 60cm x 60cm x 90cm by excavation in soft/ loose soil and planting trees and refilling of the pit with compost (manure sand and sweet earth mixed in ratio (1:1:4) and maintenance for 2 years (including the period of execution and defect liability period complete all as specified and directed (Tree- Ficus Binjamina, Bottle Palm Tree, Alastomia scholoris etc). Note : The rate for excavation and getting out of soil, rate for mixed earth manure and sand to be including in the unit rate.

Supply and planting of bermuda grass including watering with ploughing of whole site in soft/ loose soil upto the depth of 30cm and removing all the unwanted materials such as stones/ weds tree etc. dressing and levelling the soil to a gradient and slope on complete work as per site requirement filling of manures soil at the ratio (30% manure & 70% sweet soil at entire area to a thickness of minimum 300 mm to meet all finished grade and maintenance for 2 years (including the period of execution and defect liability period all as directed) complete all as specified and directed.

HOT WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm and 1 x 4 Sqmm for earth continuous earth wire including suitable PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked all as specified and directed. Note :Two runs of PVC cable 4 sqmm & one runs of earth wire 4 sqmm will be considered as one unit.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 25x4mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC Chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 & RCC cover in M-25 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI earth wire upto main board is included in this item. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 600 x 600 x 600mm (internal size) with mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 40x40x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation,brick work in cement mortar (1:6), locking arrangement, and all inner size of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and jointing the existing pipe line for making branch connection of GI pipe of suitable and making thread for suitable insertion of tee of size 100 x 100 x 50mm and 50 x 50 x 50 connection complete all as specified.
