INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 01: S & F 15 mm dia cast copper alloy Chromium plated Angle valves, with wall flange concealed type screwed down for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Item No. 02 : Concealed Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, FRLSH, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit (thickness 2mm and 25 mm dia) and its fittings, ISI marked, with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes including modular metal flush boxes, modular cover plates with frame of modules as directed for mounting modular switches/sockets, fan regulators etc complete with a including FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified, for the following: -

ITEM NO. 05 : Ceiling fan energy efficient, minimum service value (m3/minute/Watt)>= 5.5, fan box including electronic stepped type fan regulator flush type fixed on laminated sheet, 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep confirming to IS 374-2019, with all standard accessories as per manufacturer's recommendations ,with provision of cable PVC insulated and sheathed FRLSH grade 3 core 0.5mm copper conductor flexible wire 1100 volts grade from porcelain connector /ceiling rose to ceiling fan,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 06 : PVC Exhaust fans of high quality engineering plastic, AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 250 mm sweep, with louvers including suitably embedded in wall and making connection with flexible cord copper of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 07 : New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x25 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bemd to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twin core from ceiling rose to light fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 08 : S & F for submain wiring with 2 (Two) single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volt grade with 6 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade 20mm bore concealed in walls/ceilings/roofs including 6 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Two runs of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one length only. (ii) The cost of cutting chases for concealing PVC conduit shall be deemed to be included quoted lump sum of Schedule 'A' Section-I.

ITEM NO 09 : S & F sheet metal enclosure double door DB SPN 2 way, 240 volts protection class IP-43/K09 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with epoxy powder coated surface confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 & providing electrical connection all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 10 : S & F sheet metal enclosure double door DB SPN 4 way, 240 volts protection class IP-43/K09 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with epoxy powder coated surface confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity & providing electrical connection all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 11 : S & F sheet metal enclosure double door DB SPN 8 way, 240 volts protection class IP-43/K09 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with epoxy powder coated surface confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity & providing electrical connection all as specified and directed.

ITEM NO 12 : S & F sheet metal enclosure double door DB SPN 12 way, 240 volts protection class IP-43/K09 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with epoxy powder coated surface confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity & providing electrical connection all as specified and directed.

ITEM No 13 :- S & F Sheet metal enclosure epoxy powder coated MCCB distribution box double door VTPN 4 way vertical type for provision of MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing alongwith common bus-bar grouted in wall using required cement concrete or cement mortar (1:3) & providing electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos. 9 to 13 : (a) MCCBs and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately under respected item of BOQ. (b) DBs shall have provision for reversible door.

Item No 14 :- MCCB Four Pole , 100 A, with thermal magnetic protection having Ics=Icu 100%, 25 KA, thermal adjustable 0.8 to 1.0 In inclusive of 08 Nos spreader links as per the OEM of MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 15 : MCB SP, 230 Volt , 50 Hz, 6 to 32 A, 10 KA , "B" curve,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 16 : MCB SPN, 50 Hz, 6 to 32 Amps, 'B' Curve as incommer, 230 volt , 50 Hz,10 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 17 : Energy saving LED light fitting, 1 x 20 watt, 230 volts, Decorative ultra slim linear LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack. with electronic driver and with best quality diffuser high lumen output, 2.5 KV voltage surge protection, PF 0.98, THD < 10% suitable for surface/pendant mounting complete with all accessories including and connecting of with twin core of PVC insulated 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 18 : Surface mounted wall Mirror LED light Compact & sturdy 9watt LED decorative fixture with anti glare polycarbonate diffuser, multi purpose lighting solution & applications .all accessories & fixtures, internally prewired and connecting by provding copper flexible wire 23/.0076 mm twin core upto fitting, complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 19 : LED lamp 7W,pin type 6.5k/6k/4k/3k(PC cover) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 20 : Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 15mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS WORKS

Item No 21: Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications i.e Grading II, conforming to Clause 401 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to achieve the desired density, 150 mm thick compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 22: Providing, Laying, compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Item No 23 :Preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix macadam (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud ,dust, loose material, foreign material etc., sweeping with power brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 24: Preparation of bituminous surfaces and applying evenly a Tack coat conforming to Clause 503 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 25 : Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Macadam (BM) 50 mm Compacted thickness conforming to Clause 504 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc. of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), premixed with bituminous binder, Bitumen grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 504.2.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Item No 26 : Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Item No 26 Contd .....) Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Item No. 27 : Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minmimum 2.5 mm thickness confirming to Clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision), single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like , for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), 150/100 mm width, White/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers. Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS

ITEM No 28 : Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Item No 29 :- Decorative LED post top luminaire 25 Watts with diffuser and painted spun aluminium reflector fixed on gate pillers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 30 : PVC junction box /Loop in and out box, out door type, IP-66/67 Size of 205x255x112mm with busbar complete including necessary welding work, clamps and mounting on poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 31 : LED street light IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light fitting 25 watts with heat resistant toughned glass complete with all accessories and including brackets for street light lumanaries, 40 mm light grade GI pipe with 2 Nos clamps etc length of GI pipe not more than 1.5 metre length (For fixing on poles) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 32 : Sub main wiring (with approved colour coading as per IS) with single core FRLSH insulated flexible multistranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade (main cable : number of runs indicated below) along with one run of single core FRLSH insulated flexible multistranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade for earthing in and including PVC conduits of suitable size,for 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm main cable + 1 run of 1.5 sqmm., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 33 : Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved, floor mounted LT panel outdoor type of size-LXBXW-1.5m x 2.0m x 0.75m made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick duly power coated with Siemens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed dust & vermin proof with working voltage of 415V, 50 HZ, 3 phase and neutral ,400 Amps bus bar, 4 wire extendible in both ends, fully compartmentalized for each control gear having back side of panel openable (Keeping in mind the space constraints at site) and shall be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current & shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right the bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, & shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring shall be done with multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves etc. The bottom of the panel shall contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs -02 Nos. shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual feeders. The panel shall be mounted on duly painted MS Angle iron fame 50x50x6mm stand duly grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 having a depth of 150mm below G.L and 100 mm above the G.L with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables. The cubicle shall have centre lift up type slanting roof rain hood made up of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet. The depth and width of the rain hood shall be at least 120% of the depth and width pillars.

Item No. 35 : Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 290V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5 % and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 36 : Heavy duty PVC stands for placing/staging of water coolers and refrigerators of proper size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 38 : Cable jointing kit, for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumminum conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 39 : Cable jointing kit, for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumminum conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 40: Supply, install, commissioning testing of transformer, energy efficient as per IS-1180 Part-1: 2014 and BEE certified Level-2, step down 11KV/433V outdoor type copper wound 100 KVA Cap with necessary standard fittings of capacity 100 KVA 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles vector group Dyn-11 having primary (HT) voltage of 11 KV and secondary (LT) voltage of 433 V off load tap changing gear to provide voltage with tapping on primary side having steps of + 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% each so as to vary voltage on secondary side including first fill of transformer oil, the transformer shall be delta connected on 11KV side & star connected on secondary side with neutral brought out including provn of HT busing on HV (delta connection) side & LT cable box on LV (star connection) side complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 41 : Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles using cable glands, cable lugs etc to suit the cable size complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Item No. 42 : Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 95 Sqmm, 3 core, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of , IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item Nos. 34 & 35 :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

Item No 43 : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of water cooler, having water storage chamber of stainless steel, electric driven AC single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz having approx storage capacity of 80 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltrs per hour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 44 : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of water cooler, having water storage chamber of stainless steel, electric driven AC single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz having approx storage capacity of 120 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 60 Ltrs per hour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 45 : Cutting existing 200mm bore cast iron water mains at least at two places in position for inserting new tee and inserting cast iron tee of size 200mm x 200mm x 80mm including provision of connecting pieces and other fittings as required including run lead/ flanged joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 46 : Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .
