Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete as in flooring, plinth protection etc all as specified.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick, Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or PCC block masonary built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified.

M & L for cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required, depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs exc. half brick but not exc. one brick from the face of the jamb in to the wall all as specified.

Taking down door/window/ventilator frame with shutters n exc. 1.5 each all as specified.

Taking down door/window/ventilator frame with shutters of area exc. 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4 sqm each all as specified.

S&F sheet glass 3 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane all as specified.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type (Frosted)and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified.

S & F factory made pressed Steel ventilators, top hung shutter type, with glazing bars, guard bar as per drg including supply and fixing box type hinges. MS tower bolt & telescopic MS peg stay etc all specified as per TD No CEAA/TD/120R 1/1 to 4/4 . (Note :- MS Guard bar, Glass panes etc shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F factory made pressed Steel windows with side hung shutters including supply and fixing box type hinges with steel handle, MS tower bolt and telescopic mild steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, guard bar as per drg dovetailed or welded all specified as per TD No CEAA/TD/120R 1/1 to 4/4 .(Note :- MS Guard bar, Glass panes etc shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F framed work such as grill, grating, etc. with end of bars shouldered and / or revited,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work con -forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of steel chowkhats including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of PCC as in roof padding, coping etc including APP membrane etc over roof surfaces all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges including form work complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces as on roof slab, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Note : WPL shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with 3 mm thick APP modified membrane weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm) with non woven polyester reinforcement / mat ( centre core ) shall be laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side including a coat of bituminous oil based primer ( IS : 3384) @ 250 gm / Sqm all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average) cement concrete 1:3:6 - C-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof slab finished the concrete surface even and fair all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete or in sub base of floors complete all as specified.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Kota stone slabs, 20-25mm thick, machine cut as in flooring, window cill etc of size not less than 0.25 Sqm each, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and polishing (mirror type) complete all as specified.

M&L Kota stone slabs, 16mm thick, machine cut as in skirting, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including rendering of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and polishing (7 cut mirror polished) complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing liquid all as specified..

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in external stone surfaces of wall & Chajja/facia etc using water proofing liquid & finished fair & even without using extra cement. (Note :- water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M & L Mild steel flat as in wind ties of grade Fe-290 Gde-E-165 for roof including drilling holes, securing bolts etc and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
