Supply and replace compressor sealed unit of the following appliances of any make complete including replacement of copper tubing/capillary strainer etc, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Emerson,Kirloskar,Voltas

(a) Water coolers of capacity 165/185 liters.

(b) Refrigerators of capacity 210 to 310 ltrs.

(c) Deep freezers 200 to 300 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace starting relay suitable for :- Make : as per existing make

(a) Water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs cooling capacity

(b) Refrigerator of 165 to 310 liters capacity.

(c) Deep freezers of 200 to 425 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace thermostats of :-Make : as per existing make

(a) Water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs cooling capacity.

(b) Refrigerator of 165 to 310 ltrs capacity.

(c) Deep freezers of 200 to 425 ltrs capacity.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas R-12/R-134 up to required level incl connected works like pressure testing with nitrogen before filling refrigerant gas including leakage testing if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(a) Water cooler 40/80 ltr cooling cap.

(b) Water cooler 150 ltrs cooling cap

(c) Deep freezers of any capacity.

(d) Refrigerators of any capacity.

Supply and replace condenser unit of the following appliances including making of all connections as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : as per existing make

(b) Refrigerator of 165 to 310 ltrs capacity.

(c) Deep freezers of 200 to 300 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace cooling coil of :-

(a) Water coolers 40 to150 ltrs capacity.

(b) Refrigerator of 165 to 310 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace top cover gasket of water cooler 40 to 150 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace overload protector of :-Make : as per existing make

(a) Water coolers/ Refrigarator upto 350 ltrs cooling capacity.

(b) Deep freezers of upto 425 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule .

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed circuler flexible 3 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable including disconnecting and removal of old cable.

Supply and replace blower/condenser fan motor complete with necessary mounting bracket to and base frames for :-Make : as per existing make

(a) Water coolers of any make and cap 40 to 150 ltrs capacity.

(b) Deep freezers of any make & cap 200 to 300 ltrs capacity.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the following appliances and spray, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for :-

(a) Water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs cooling capacity.

(b) Refrigerators of 165 to 310 ltrs capacity.

(c) Deep freezers of 200 to 300 ltrs capacity.

Supply and fixing of 16 mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on wall/ ceilings or laying on floors complete all as specified

All as per item no 14 above but 20 mm bore

Supply and Fixing in repair Gun metal Globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in pipe including taking out existing unserviceable globe or gate valves.

Dismantling and removing of defective burnt motor from unit and rewinding the motor with super enamel copper winding wire including replacement of worn out motor bearing, refixing and testing all as deirceted by Engr-in-Charge for the following appliances:-

(b) Deep freezer of any make of 200 to 425 ltrs capacity.

Supply and replace internal wiring complete suitable for following appliances.:-Make : as per existing.

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 2 Runs of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, juction box, reducers etc as required along with 1 run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded coper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable, and 1 run of PVC casing/caping 25mm/32mm wide shall be measured as single run.
