CERTAIN REPAIR WORK TO WOODEN AND STEEL FURNITURE UNDER BSO OF GE (WEST) PATHANKOT

Material and labour in repair for fixing of 1mm thick laminated sheet on surface of wooden furniture, (color and texture as approved) after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (FD-283, 284, 384, 31, 32, 251, 236, 277, 292, 252, 249, 273, 239 etc)

Material and labour in repair for fixing of 19mm thick plywood both side commercial in repairing to the furniture articles. All fabrication shall be done with proper workmanship and all efforts edges shall be provided 18mmx4mm thick wooden beading complete all as specified and directed. (FD-283, 284, 384, 31, 32, 251, 236, 277, 292, 252, 249, 273, 239 etc)

Material and labour for providing 2mm thick cane plastic made seats and backs including weaving to the steel and wooden chairs along with 4mm thick boder cane plastic complete all as specified and directed. (FD-75(M), 280, 282, 279, 228, 229 etc.)

Material and labour for fixing in repair of foam sheet 40 density of size 6'x3' as required duly covered with suitable size tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300/Rm duly approved in shape required pattern and colour as approved by GE. (Fd-281, 373, TP)

Removing existing old/worn out/unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame of charpoy including supply and fixing 12 mm thick plywood single piece ply to be fixed from long rail to long rail and short rail to short rail properly fixed with 6mm dia nut bolts with two nos washers (total 10 Nos of nut bolts shall be fixed after drilling the GI pipe, 2xholes in each short rail and 3x holes in each long rail) complete all as specified and directed .

Removing exisitng old and unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fix new long rail of GI Pipe 32 mm bore medium grade ISI marked threaded at both end fixed in position complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.

Removing existing old and unservicaeable short rail of charpoy GI and fabrication and fixing of short rail by cutting and converting from long rail obtained vide Ser item No 6 here in before threading both end complete all as shown on drawing and as directred Engr-in-charge.

Removing existing old and unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and fabrication and fixing of legs by cutting and converting from short rails as obtained srl item No 7 here in before cutting and threading at one end and supply and fixing MS plate 3mm thick, 40mm dia by welding at other and of legs including provision of two parallel MS clamps made of 25x3 mm flat iron duly welded from MNF set fixed in position and paitned with two coats of syntehtic enamel paint black over ocat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Removing existing old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame of charpoy GI 32mm bore and supplying and fixing of new check nut, fixed in position all as shown in drg and as directed.

Removing exisiting unserviceable GI elbow 32 mm dia from the frame of GI charpoy and supply and fixing of new Elbow GI 32 mm ISI Marked and fixed in position all as shown in drg as directed.

Material and labour to fix 4" long brass cap hooks to hat stand complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 19,790.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 14A of IAFW 1815-Z.
