Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification.

Earthwork excavation and refilling for pipeline works having bed width of 1.25m and below on linear measurement basis. (TWAD SOR 23-24 Pg.no . 308)

Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 2K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification. For 1M3

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification As per PWD SOR 2023-24 Pg no 23

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm ISS metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing cost and conveyanc of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Providing centering for sides and soffits of R.C.C.works such as lintels, slab, beams and plain surface etc., complete excluding strutting upto 3.30 M height using mild steel sheet of size 90 c.m x 60 c.m and 10 gauge stifer with M.S. angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm laid over silver w.c.wood joints of size 10 c.m. x 6 c.m. spaced at about 90 c.m. c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 c.m. to 13 c.m. dia spaced 75 c.m. centre to centre complying with as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 400Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT bars (Fe 500) for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire for placing at all depths of excavation, complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel, binding wire and for bar bending)

Providing and constructing precast concrete solid blocks with compresive strength not less than 35 Kg per sqm with cement mortar 1:4 masonry with soild blocks of 40x 20x 20 cms conforming to IS 2185/1965 in super structure including the cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete as per specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm and 30cm x 30cm of best approved quality with necessary welding and painting with one coat of zinc chromite primer and two coats of epoxy painting complete.(As per instruction of site engineer)as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing in position best quality U.P.V.C soil/ waste pipes (6KSC) of various sizes having ISI mark and providing leakproof joints including fixing to the wall with U.P.V.C/ M.S clamps etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismandling masonry/R.C.C. works wherever necessary and making good the dismandled portion to the original condition, complying with standard specifications.

Testing of pipes for water supply with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.
