Construction of granular sub-base Grade -1 by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specified including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant (100 TPH) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.as per MORT&H 406

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant (100 TPH) with 1% OPC Cement + 3.50% Emulsion SS-2 carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grade- 2 with higher capacity batch type HMP (120 TPH) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grade-2 with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant (120 TPH) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil. including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m (100 ft) and including filling. Watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer– in–charge up to distance of 30.00 m (100 ft) from the foundation trenches as per MORT&H 301

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1/2") gauge brick ballast, aproved fine sand, cement in the proprtion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.275

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1/2") gauge approved granit stone ballast, aproved coarse sand, cement in the proprtion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.281

R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforeement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neaessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost for: SI no 288.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, it's wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured. SI no 504(b).

Class 150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as per SI No.307

Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574, Chapter 13

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe 600mm dia NP3 / Prestressed Concrete Pipe on First Class Bedding in Single Row as per SOR

Providing and laying of Kilometer Stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of Hecto Meter Stone stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of Hecto Meter Stone Stone, transpotation to site and all materials, labour T&P etc. required proper complete of work.

Providing and laying of Hecto Meter Stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of Hecto Meter Stone stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of Hecto Meter Stone Stone, transpotation to site and all materials, labour T&P etc. required proper complete of work.

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board of MS Plates of 1.6mm thick size 1200 x 900 duly welded on angle iron frame 45x45x5 with cross legged flat iron of 35x6mm duly welded for gross support of vertical angle iron post of 3 meter height. Lower end of vertical support will be welded to 2 No 75x75mm of 12 SWG sheet duly embedded in cement concrete in M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600 below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and plates will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as er drawing clause-1701 and Annexure 1700.1
