Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire as required.

Erection of G.I. Wire 6 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35mm to 7/4.00mm Dia and above including binding etc.

Dismantling of OHL comprising of Copper/Aluminium OHL conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulator etc., as required.

Dismantling of Pole/Street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supply and erection of galvanized stay set for 33 KV overhead lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45cm x7.5mm thick, thimble ,stay clamps , turn buckle(20mm x 600mm), 7/4.00mm dia stay wire and 33KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV OH line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65mm x 65mm x6mm angle iron to form a rectaangle of minimum size 2400mm x 2800mm height complete with 50 mm x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pin ,bolts,nuts,washers etc. and painting with primer & finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as reauired.

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre), pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 33 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work (1mtr length for pole demarcation)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (For pole & feeder numbering)

Supplying of MS nut, bolt & washers.

Supplying and Erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply of Armoured 3 core 240 sqmm. 33KV,XLPE Aluminium cable as per attached product specification.

Supply of 6m long 160mm dia HDPE pipes PN-8 PE-80 ISI marked as per relevant IS specification.

Supply and Erection of Spike (GI) (using 50×6 mm Flat welded with 8mm square bar)(2 Nos of spike per set in each pole).

Installation, laying,comminissioning & testing of 3-Core,33KV grade,240 sq mm XLPE cable with Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) method through 160mm HDPE pipe ( PN-8, PE-80) casing including jointing of HDPE pipe,pit making for machine placement etc. (At a depth of 3m below railway track and max of upto 6m) (Excluding the cost of the pipe).

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 240sqmm size , 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making of cable route marker with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 60cm×60cm at the bottom and 50cm×50cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscriptions duly engraved as required(At an interval of 30m).

Supply and fixing of medium class G.I pipe of 150mm dia (nominal) 8 meter length along the pole with nuts, bolts and clamps for rising of cable as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x6mm(7.4kg/mtr.) double pole cross arm for support of G.I. pipe 150mm complete with through clamp, nuts & bolts for clamping to the poles, 50mmx 6mm M.S flats , including drilling holes of channels, bolts,nuts & washers and painting with primer and finish paint as required for G.I pipe support in DP structure.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
