Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size and setting aside for re-use complete all as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubular swaged poles any type/size/length obtained from item Ser No 01 above after dismantling and erecting in new location as directed by Engr-in-charge for making two poles structure including painting the exposed portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat red oxide primer and painting of 30 cm black and white strips upto 0.9 mtrs from bottom of the erected pole complete all as directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following (i) Any repair/welding/fabrication work on the old poles. (ii) Any rusted surface on the old pole shall be treated wtih red oxide primer and application of aluminium paint (iii) Necessary excavation, earthwork and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles. Complete all as directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), type D2 as concrete in foundation of Poles and filling and mass concrete etc, including formwork (as if required), complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium/silver paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing pin type polymer type insulators including galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers, and one galvanised iron nuts, 150mm height 150 mm dia including section of straps of 38x5mm size 20mm dia of bolts, nuts & washers for 11000 volts grade, completed all as directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as directed.

M & L for lightening arrestors explusion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, 11000 Volts completed all as directed.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of 11KV, 630A, 21KA, 3 sec motor operated, compact gas insulated for outdoor application with IP-67 class of protection of tank & IP-54 class for full body, impulse withstand voltage of 75 KV, insulation level of 28 KV (@ power frequency of 1 min), control voltage 24V DC for motor operation, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Red/Green Push button for On/Off Operation, capacitive voltage indication fixed type, suitable rating CTs, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front / side / rear termination of 3 core cable upto 185 Sqmm, both side extendible non- draw out type Ring Main Unit having interlocking facility with following details:- (03 Module HT Switchgear having 02 LBS & 01 VCB) Make: ABB / Siemens / L&T / Crompton Greaves (a) Incoming: (i) Incomer No.1:- 01 No., 630 Amp motorized Load break switch triple pole, single break 3 position as incomer (On, Off and earth) having STC capacity 21KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar as per IEC 61958-1, earth fault indicator. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm as per IS:7088 Part-2 complete all as directed.

Material and labour for laying river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete all as directed

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complet all as directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to GI Strip 32x6 mm dia size by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stoned aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection and testing on comple all as directed. Note:- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI Strip 32mm x 6mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore GI light grade.

S & F galvanised iron strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm for earth contunity conductor complete all as directed.

S & F galvanised iron pipe light grade of size 80 bore for earth protection/cable protection including clamping, nut bolts, washer etc complete all as directed.
