Supply & Delivery 1.1KV Grade 2 core 10 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured Al. Conductor Cable of the following size [Gloster/Polycab /Havells/RR Kable]

Laying of cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 m average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable in conceal manner as to G S.

S & drawing 1.1 kv grade single core stranded FR PVC insulated unshehed cu wire (approved make) froom loop box to fittings 2x1.5+1x1.5 sqmm incl connection.

Laying of PVC insulated copper wire in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl supply and fixing of PVC Rigid conduit incl. necy. fittings as required

Dismentling the existing old,damaged muffing of size (600 X 600 X 760) mm in size with loop box for access the old cable, testing , checking ,cutting the insulation damaged portion as per requirment and cleaning the area by Co's own labour ,tools and tackles.

Withdraing the old cable after digging pole base area of easy connection at newly fixed loop box at required height on pole of security light arrangement and mending good the damages as to original.

S / F of old Loop Box by 250 x 200 X 100 mm steel sheet hooded type Loop Box having 4 way connector 15A fuse unit etc. accessories on the pole by suitable MS Clamp 25 mm x 5 mm with M S clamp bracket , nut, bolts and washers.

S / F Loop Box by 200 x 150 X 100 mm G I sheet Loop Box having 4 way connector 15A fuse unit etc.accessories on the pole by suitable MS Clamp 25 mm x 5 mm with M S clamp bracket , nut, bolts and washers.

Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing (600 x 600 x 760) mm in size around the pole base complet with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all sides after fixing loop box with clamping arrangement .( without loop box)

Supply and errection 80mm dia G.I pipe pole (ISI Midioum) as to GS.

Supply & fixing 40 mm Dia GI pipe (ISI Midioum) for protection of U/G cable

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

ii) 1st coat of synthetic per pole

iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

S & F compression type cable gland & finishing the end of the cable by crimping method as to G.S. 2 core 10 sqmm

S/F 250 Volt 100 watt LED outdoor type flood light ( white light ) Fittings complete ( Mazik Pinnaacle flood light FWPI 100C/ Havells/ Bajaj make )

Fixing only Flood light Fitting with suitable size 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick M S angle support (approx length 1 mtr) incl. Clamping arrangement with pole or similar structure .

Earthing the pole by 50 mm dia medium pipe (ISI approved) as to GS with excavation of soil. (in soft soil)
