Demolition of Brick Work/concrete/Stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in drain/compound wall etc of any description including removal of debris out side the MD land all as specified and as directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris out side the MD land all as specified and as directed.

Demolition/breaking of drain pipes of any description of 100mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified.and directed.

Demolition/breaking of drain pipes of any description of 150mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified.and directed.

Demolition/breaking of drain pipes of any description of 200mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified.and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced precast cement concrete manhole/drain cover slab of any description and in any position including and segregation of reinforcement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates for angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated material exc 250m but up to a distance of 1.5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank 10 users capacity (approximately 02 Cum each) by removing manhole cover including removing of earth soil spread over the cover if any from the frame of septic tank and receiving chambers, removing of all night soil sediments and waste materials etc. irrespective of its height cleaning off up to the bottom floor and dispose off the materials are to be taken from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and disposed off out of different unit or to a distance not exc. 100 metres from septic tank to a pit suitably excavated to contain night soil and it shall be covered with excavated earth on top and place back the manhole cover to its original position and removing all vegetable roots if any and making good surround complete all as directed.

Cleaning of man holes/chambers by removing muck/sludge/liquid mud etc (in foul position) upto 1 Mtr depth including taking out manhole covers and refixing the same in position upto 1Mtr depth of any size of Man holes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1 Mtr and not exceeding 2 mtr.

Taking out mud/soil etc from drains any depth including removal of drain covers of any description and re- fixing the covers in the same position and removal of the soil/mud to a distance exc 500m and not exc 1500mtr complete all as directed.

Clearing /clearing of 200mm bore sewer line under ground of any depth by removing any type of blockage including desilting,descaling and dechoking from drain mechanically with combined high pressurewater jeting cum suction(Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water jetting,high pressure vacuum and provision of hydraulic appliction through high pressure thermoplastic fibre based water jetting hose and through conical round shape nozzles pipe and flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line.The entire sludge water shall be dispossed off out of Defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for walling and random rubble stone masonry brought upto cources well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 here in before, but except stone.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts (wood/steel / RCC) any section including taking out iron strap, bolts and nuts complete and making good in disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting for riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provion of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc including dismantling the existing barbed wire, etc complete all as speecified and directed. Note: Each line of wire shall be measured seperately and paid.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in wall or retaining wall, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (incl caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh,size ,type of standard rails staining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F machine pressed rubber finihed coloured precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick consolidated sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The gap between kerb stone & paver block to be filled by cement mortar and finish to match the shade of interlocking paver block as directed.

M&L for colour chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or chennel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.
