REPAIR/MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, GEYSER, WALL MOUNTED FAN, SPLIT AND WINDOW AC, WATER COOLER, DEEP FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITESM AT COD UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Repair, maint and making the continuity of electric supply after rectifying the defects of the ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall fan, desert cooler, geyser, water cooler, refrigrator, ACs etc. including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 0.75 to 4 Sqmm twin/three core and length not exceding 1 mtrs and all types of screws, nuts, bolts & washers as required at site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) any other accessories found unserviceable shall be replaced & paid seprately under respective items of this Sch. (ii) Contractor will collect complaint slip on daily morning from MES complaint cell and deposit the same after rectifing the defact on next day morning (iii) Complaint slip book, registers as per sample will be provided by the contractor

Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing ceiling/exhasut fan any type and capacity with due care, dismantlin blades and removing for repair with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Assembling the fan any type with blades at site and hanging on ceiling /wall refixing after getting rapaired complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of ceiling fan 230 volts any make /type/size for carrying out repair/greasing / oiling, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing clamp, bolts and nuts with lock pins and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Repairs will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make/size with super enamelled copper winding wire with gauge including cutting of old burnt winding. Sleeve work varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, greasing, connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire upto connector block qty of copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fan capacitor AC 440 volts 4 mfd 50HZ complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but 2.5 mfd and complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but 3.15 mfd and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of gun metal bush suitable for any size / model / type of fans complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair alignment grinding to shaft, remetalling & finishing all as required complete all as specified and directed.
