Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new/old work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, without cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches, cracks, repair with white cement etc, scaffolding complete upto a height of 4.5m as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, painting, finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion paint of approved make with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete surfaes of required shade over new work/old work over a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete upto a height of 4.5 m, repair with white cement as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Steel Surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade without primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Up to 5 mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Grouting below base plates of columns, equipments, around the foundation bolts, or locations as specified using pre-packed high strength cementetious ready mix grouting with Conbextra-GP2 including cleaning the base by water / compressed air, pre-soaking, shuttering / formwork, mixing, placing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and painting with two coats with oil bound distemper of approved make and manufacturer over new work to give an even approved shade and including priming coat with one coat of cement primer including preparation of sufaces, filling with putty if required, scaffolding complete upto a height of 4.5m as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting with High Build Epoxy paint (two or more coats) ON WALLS & CEILINGS using approved finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer , preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatlyand washing with sufficiant water , after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required , including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joint, cracks if any , scaffoldind complete upto a height of 4.5m etc complete.all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site ( Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc at his cost for testing film thickness) On Concrete surfaces - 250 MICRON TOTAL FILM THICKNESS

Providing and applying 15mm thick ready-mix plaster in a single coat made out of a mix of special binder, high quality polymer additives, cement and processed sand (of approved brand & quality) to internal surfaces of concrete and masonry work; including raking out joints, hacking concrete surfaces, preparing junctions of concrete / masonry by neat cleaning, preparing jambs, sills, grooves, pattas, wattas, rounding of corners, etc. all complete as per architectural drawings, specifications and finished smooth with wooden rundha / rough to receive further finishing work etc. or as specified by the Engineer; at all leads, depth and lifts, including providing independent double-legged scaffolding upto a height of 4.5 m, cleaning of surfaces, providing GPVC fibre mesh as mentioned in the notes above to a width of 300mm at the junctions of masonry & concrete works including tying in position by using suitable nails / clamps / screws, curing, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in C. M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding up to 10 metres height, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge

Extra over Item 1,2,8,9,10 above for staging / additional height in centering, shuttering in suspended floors, roofs, landing, high bays, beams and balconies or wherever required with adequate bracing, propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over First Floor (ABOVE 4.5 m height for Item 1,2,8 & 9 and ABOVE 10 m for Item 10).(Plan area to be measured for payment). Staging / additional height in centering, shuttering for every 1m lift above First Floor

Tubular Centrifugal Air Circulator Tower with Oscillator and 100 percent copper motor of Usha Make or equivalent as per Technical Specifications

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)
