Repair to pot holes any depth, n exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering & well ramming (incl supply of road metal)

Repair to pot holes any depth, n exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting edges to at least exc 30mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering & well ramming (incl supply of road metal)

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and exceding 50mm and in exc 100mm deep

M & L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granit or basalt grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

All as per item No 3 above but except material

M&L for preparing ;unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm.

M&L for premixed bituminious mecadam using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix, spread rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber for up to 75mm consolidated thickness all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing ;unsurfaced Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-30 grade bitumen bitumenous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen with bituminous primer at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm on BM surfaces

M&L for providing bitumenous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with @ 5.0% content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified.

M&L for with approved moorum, red bajri in road side berms as light wearing surfaces 100 mm spread thickness spread, watered,rolled and consolidated with power roller all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of exisiting bitumenous road/concrete surface and paving road aline dashes (continiously/interupted) arrow,letter 2.5± 0.5mm thick and not exc 10cm wide with one coat of hot applied white/golden/yellow thermoplastic road marking paint with reflectory glass beads on bituminous road all as specified in clause 803.40 of MOSRT&H specification over a coat of self primer using machine complete all as speified and directed.

S & F cateyes road stud ABS body,conforming to IRC 67-1977 having road capacity of 40 tonnes giving resflections on both the sides,colour of cat eyes is red colour as per sample(Approved-make-3M/Vertex) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CAT eye of dimensions 133 x 133 x 25 mm, metallic body, with two way solar power LED (03 Nos each side) reflector & abrasion resistant lence colour yellow, grey or red including fixing arrangement as per manufacturers instruction (to be fixed at the centre of the road) complete. MAKE : 3M Company SPARK EYE of POLE-STAR or equivalent to meet AL-201 specification or equivalent as specified and approved by Accepting Officer.

Suppying & Fixng Metal delineator size 50mm dia x 1000mm ht black coloured with 90mm height high denisity red colour reflective tape protected with white colour painted weld mesh cap; including white reflective tape of 25 mm width 3 nos equally spaced forming four pannes and fixing with 1:3:6 concrete in a post hole of size 0.3m x 0.3m x0.3m
