Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt etc, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.405 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. (Paving Bitumen of qty upto 4 MT will be issued under Sch 'B' and balance Bitumen to be procured from approved make)

M&L liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen grade @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm & rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5kg/10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with paving bitumen grade 30 (VG-30) @9.8 kg/10 sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L painting lines, dashes, arrows letters etc on road pavements and the like etc exceeding 10 cm wide with thermo plastic road marking paint white or golden yellow approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F delineator made of acrylic material fitted with high intensity reflex reflector in white/ yellow colour fitted on CRCA pipe 60 cm long painted with powder coated or stove enamelled white/ black colour provided with wire gauge for safety of reflector embedded in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (size of block 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair cat eye, body made of carbonate with electronically prismatic retro reflective lines on both sides for maximum retro reflecting in wet and dry condition fixed with adhesive/ epoxy complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Inner girth shall be measured)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm below or above ground level including removal of demolished materials from work site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
