Charges for Cutting and removal of worn out / eroded ‘U’ Clamps, ‘L’ bracket, Scrapper Chains and Scrapper Bars Reassembling of Scrapper bars ‘L’ bracket, Scrapper Chains and ‘U’ Clamps with new Spares etc.

Charges for dismantling of plumber block, main shaft assembly, Gear coupling take up shaft assembly, Submerged/ idler wheel assembly, with drawl wheel assembly from scrapper feeder, Cleaning and inspect all the internals and replacing the wornout spares and reassembling the same with Scrapper feeder this work also includes reconditioning of worn out submerged/main shaft/idler wheel shaft and any machining work if necessary.

Charges for replacement of wornout S.S liner plates, Scrapper bar guide plates etc., (Required quantity of SS plates will be supplied by TNPGCL)

Charges for replacement of wornout M.S door plates, Bottom structure portion, supporting channels, slope plates, chute, M.S guide plates etc. (Required quantity of M.S plates, channels will be supplied by TNPGCL)

Painting the inner surface of feeder with one coat of AC Black Paint.

Painting the outer surface of feeder with one coat of HR Aluminum paint.

Charges for loading and transporting of new materials from central stores/MTPS-I and unloading and at work site (LS).

Segregation of scrap item-wise, transporting and devoluting the same to Central stores/MTPS-I (LS).

Charges for dismantling the existing worn out (or) punctured MS ERW bend (300NB) in ECO Ash Slurry pipe lines in Economizer area. Fabrication, erection of new bend by cutting and welding as per site condition and providing SS liner inside for the bend (300NB).

Charges for welding of M.S. flanges with 300 NB MS ERW pipes for newly fabricated bends.

Charges for fabrication of M.S. flanges dia of OD 490 mm including cost for transportation to outside work shop and return.

Supply of cutting gas for Sl.No.1, 2, 10 & 11.

Supply of MS welding electrode for Sl.No.1, 2, 10 & 11.
