(a) Applying 1st course of bituminous (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed. (b) Applying 2nd course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per manufactures instructions. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (e) Applying 5th course of a one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling area in patches not exceeding 5.00 sqm, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in two layers, first layer 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and second finishing coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finished even and fair on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:6)including finished the surface smooth and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : APEX of Asian or equivalent of shalimar / Nerolac/ Berger.
