Centering and shuttering charges using Casurina props including cost and conveyance of all materials to sites all labour charges etc., completed

Ceilling plastering with CM 1:3 mix using 10mm thick including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc., completed

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Colour Washing with best Distember two coats of approved colour, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, etc.

Painting Exteriar Emultion with two coat using approved colour including all charges etc., complete

Painting two coats over new Iron work including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc, complete

Supply and fixing of cuddapha slab of all size including cost and coneyance and all labour charges etc

Cost and supply of steel door including cost and all labour charges etccomplete 0.90 x 2.10

Cost and supply of Steel windows of various sizes including cost conveyance and all albour charges etc complete. 0.9 x 1.2

Cost and supply of Steel ventilator of various sizes including cost conveyance and all albour charges etc complete.
