Construction of road from Road at Mahima Palace, Agrahat to Batabudhi Colony via Baideswar Colony, Srivihar Colony, Baishnav Bihar Jajabhairab of Agrahat G.P. in the District of Cuttack for the year 2025-26

ROAD PROPER

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

I)Plain cement concrete

v) Hume pipes above 600mm to 900mm dia.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase (Stone screening) Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on old prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desire density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridges work as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Construction of Unreinforced cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert , admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days with curing compound and water, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 of MORD and asper direction of Engineer-in charge.
