Maintenance to PWD road to Denduli road in Kolnara block for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, with all labour, T & P, taxes & ces etc. complete and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Scarifing the existing bituminious road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarifing material with all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacteing graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base couece on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desirde density.with cost,conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,including cost of all labour,T&P and Cess required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepaired sueface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site,layingwith a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost,conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,including cost of all labour,T&P and Cess required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow ptis with all lead and lifts transporting to site by machanical means within a lead of 5Kms spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MOSRT & H specification including Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges charges and cost of all materials labour charges,machineries, T&P Cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of E.I.C

Road marking with hot Applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on bituminous surface providing and applying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per Sqm area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be leveled,uniform and free from streakers and holes
