Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc. Note- Work has to be carried out in steel tank erected 12 m high staging, steel sedimentation tank, gravity filters etc and rate quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of all and complete as directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Dismantling and refixing rolled MS work in joist, channel, angel, or tee sections, fixed independently by welding, posts, bracing and purlins etc including special shaped washers etc complete using butt welded of grade with one coat of zinc chromate(shop coated) primer paint, complete all as spcified and directed

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality A conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and refixing rolled MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments complete all as spcified and directed

M and L for MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments complete all as spcified and directed

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 100 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer as in old rafters, purlins and channels etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of any description steel, iron,, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of black bituminous paint over one coat of bituminous primer complete all as specified and as directed.
