PART A:

Providing and fixing in position approved animated design entrance gate by using Cast Iron and G I/M S Section materials, including cutting, welding, fixing in position, two coat of enamel painting with approved colour/shade over one coat of steel primer etc. at different locations in city area. All complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing stainless steel Grade 304, S. S. Benches of size 1800 mm x 680 mm, 3 seater by using 1.2 mm thick perforated S. S. sheet / SS Tubes/SS Benches style arm 32 mm dia tube 1.2 mm thick, S. S. nut/bolts, 300 mm long S. S. legs & supporting beam cross section 40 mm x 80 mm, 2 mm thick S. S. tube for chairs with S. S. surface mirror finished standard type for outdoor use and fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 for pedestal of size 750 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm. The rate shall be inclusive of all labours, materials and transportation to site of approved make etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The excavation and cement concrete will be measured under relevant item separately.)

Providing, fabricating and fixing stainless steel Grade 304, 18 SWG Dustbin of size 12" dia x 18" height (perforated) with supporting 2.5" dia and 42" height, S.S. pipe with suitable mounting plates & push to open type flap cover and horizontal bracing of 1" dia s.s. pipe excluding earth work excavation, providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 for pedestal of size 450 x 450 x 450mm fixing supporting pipe with GI anchor fastener 10mm dia inside concrete pedestals, curing, cleaning the site etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The excavation and cement concrete will be measured under relevant item separately).

Depth not exceeding 1.50m from ground level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, formwork etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing P C.C / R.C.C works by mechanical means and stock piling at designated locations carefully with out damaging adjacent structures and disposal of dismantled materials outside the premises at specified location approved by MCGM including cutting reinforcement bars etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour chargers for removing of existing entrance gate at DAE premises premises and deposit all material at site departmental store including cutting, breaking of concrete, tools etc. as directed by Engineer In charge .

Providing and fixing in position approved design and colour, 3 seater cast iron garden bench with 4 FRP Fiber Streep without back and arm rest at different locations, including required materials like SS anchor faster with Cap, screw , transportation, labour etc. as per specification, drawing all complete as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) 2 mm thick sheet over embossing/etching/colour/power coating of Name board letters per drawing etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts, fasteners, welding etc. of required size including fixing the same at all heights, floor & location with suitable arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (only weight of stainless steel shall be considered for payment)

Providing and fixing in position precast Glass reinforced concrete Screens / jalli/Column of minimum 30mm thick as per approved panel size, shape & design and drawing, cast at factory with mix design as Cement:50 kg, Quartz sand: 50 kg, Super plasticizer: 0.1 kg, Polymer: 0.5kg, AR Glass fibre not less than 5% including providing necessary holes and keys in Jali for accommodating suitable approved S S anchor bolts etc. finishing the surface smooth with cement punning curing the jali/column in curing tank for a minimum period of 14 days and hoisting the jali/column with mechanical hoist properly and carefully without causing any damage, with required line & level etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Providing and fixing following thickness of heavy quality clear/colourd FRP sheet of approved manufacture ,including fixing with necessary bronze anodised/SS screws etc., all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

a) 5 mm thick clear FRP sheet.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding,etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roof it Mix 'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt. Ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s. Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equivalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in flooring/dado of 18 mm thick M/s. Johnson Engineered marble or equivalent with approved patterns, shade and surface finish with stone slabs of various size in pattern with 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar bedding. Including cutting of stone slabs, moulding in required shapes as pre drawing, using adhesive for jointing, wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Hindi & English letters for the name board in stainless steel 304 grade , 1.2 mm thick in required deep, font and size as per drawing with approved SS Gold PVD coating/ Gold polish at all levels, as per pattern, design as per drawing including necessary welding /nut-bolt/anchoring, polishing and fixing on stone/ concrete/brick wall with gap/without gap by using S.S lugs/adhesive etc. as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Payment will be made per inch height of apphabets).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL,TATA STEEL, RINL, JSW steel only. Note:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing 5mm thick ribbed/nylon fabric/ Plyester silk carpet in a required size, approved colour and pattern including wastage, fixing with approved adhesive/ brass nails, removing existing carpet etc.as directed by the Engineer In charge.
