M & L for dismantling of existing 10000 GPH IRP including removal of existing old filter media of various sizes, unserviceable strainers etc and deposited to place where directed complete :-
Cleaning the surfaces of IRP and all accesses with emery paper, preparing the surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surfaces and two coat of black bituminous paint (Food Grade) on inner surfaces of IRP of capacity 10000 GPH all as specified and directed
Supply and fill Barakar sand of 16/32, 10/20mm size and Gravel of size 1", 3/4", 1/2", 3/8", 1/4", 1/8" -185 Cft.
Supply and fixing rubber gasket joints for all packing required places of IRP unit including nut-bolts complete.
Supply and replacement of plastic strainer (push Type) of approved quality and size wherever required as directed.
Replacement of existing MNO2 / Anthracite from oxidation chamber with new MNO2 Anthracite lumps to be used as oxidizing agent
Supply and fixing Sluice valves cast iron angular type of size 80 mm dia
Supply and fix water pressure gauge duly calibrated of existing size complete with bush 01 Job all as specified and directed
Supply and fixing E-Doze pump for chlorine dosing with Dosing Tank
