Cement concrete 1:8:16 with brick ballast 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR. 10.26)

Damp proof course 25 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20mm nominal size with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration, at 1.65 Kg per sqm laid hot and sanded HSR 10.115 Note (without bitumen coat)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth. (HSR 11.4)

First class brickwork laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level. (HSR 11.9)

15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on the rough side of single or half brick wall. (Ch. 15.12)

Cement pointing 1:2 flush on brick and tile walls (HSR.15.62)

Providing and Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newely plastered or concrete exterior surface. (Note: First quality paint/primer or reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). Laying and Fixing required size of glazed tiles with DESIGN PRINTED for Windows & Door Borders (Satin finish) in dado set in CM 1:3 with joints so as to form a true & even surface and joints finished neatly with white cement mixed with matching pigments all complete as directed. (Rate should include base plastering with CM 1:5 of required thickness.) The rate shall include cost of customized printing at top of the tile all complete as the details given by National Health Mission Haryana / HLL directed.
