Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level.1 : 1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 course sand (zone-III): 43graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M.(1 :6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 125 mm thick reinforced designation 75A brick work in CM (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 25 including the cost of screening, carriage of materials, scaffolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15̊ landigs, balconis, shelves, chajja, lintels, bands, plain window sills stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfocement, with 1:1.5:3 (zone-III): 3 gradedstone agggregate 20 nominal size).

Supplying, fitting and fixing collapsible gate of approved size and make properly fabricated with vertical double channels 20 x 10 x 2mm at 100mm centers and braced with M.S. flat diagonals 20 x 3mm with top and bottom rails of T.iron 40 x 40 x 6mm with 38mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, car riage, hoisting and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 30 mm thick solid core type non-decorative single leaf flush door shutter in door and windows with black board core blended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine both side commercial veneered of standard make with oxidised iron fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.
