PERIODICAL SERVICES TO VARIOUS BLDGS IN 4 AREA AND 5 AREA UNDER AGE BR II OF GE AF ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on external walls, using liquid water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rate of liquid water proofing admixture shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces on internal walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying homogeneous super latex 302 of Dr fixit/Nitobond SBR latex of fosroc/smartcare repair polymer of asian paint in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering, 10mm to 30 mm thick as required at site in cement mortar (1:3) , for repair of RCC chajja, roof projection, fin facia , balcony railing etc including applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm befor rendering , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface including sanding of the putty surface after drying to achieve even and smooth finish for painintg complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on newly plastered surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces with airless spray machine (Mechanical means) as approved by Engr-in-Charge apply 2nd coat after 1st coat is dry approximately 6-8 hrs between two coats.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on old prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces with airless spray machine (Mechanical means) as approved by Engr-in-Charge apply 2nd coat after 1st coat is dry approximately 6-8 hrs between two coats. 2. Preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered suface of walls applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives complete all as specified and directed.
