Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Before Quoting the rates tenderer should read the bid document carefully

The Tender Processing Fee shall not be refundable

The Employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions attached.

Ensure that all required documents are uploaded in accordance with the tender document.

Bidder should be Pay Difference amount in the name Chief Officer, TMC T Narasipura

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender documents KW-2

GST will be paid at the time of bill payment

The bidder should mention the UDIN No. on the turnover certificate, failing which bid is rejected

The work should be completed in 03 Months ( including monsoon)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. , 2021-22 ,2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least Two financial years an average financial turn over in all cases of civil engineering construction works only

If the bidder uploaded the false document while participating in the tender, the bidder will be responsible and action will be initiated as per the tender clause.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing kppp portal.

The bidder shall submit a Site Inspection Certificate issued by the authorized Junior Engineer, Town Municipal Council , T. Narasipura. Failure to enclose the certificate shall render the bid liable for rejection.

Payment shall be made subject to the availability of T Narasipura Municipal Funds
