Disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of 5/5.5 Ton Ductable type split type AC and replacing the compressor connecting the sealed unit both electrical and refrigerant connections including charging refrigerant gas as required Make of compressor: KIRLOSKAR / TECUM SEH / SHRI RAM /COPELAND/ DANFOSS Notes :- (a) Old compressor taken down/ removed shall be replaced with the same make.(b) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer as one to one replacement. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. Supporting documents for replacement from manufacturer/ dealer alongwith warranty certificate and paid vouchers shall be furnished by the Contractor before claiming payment.

Comprehensive maintanance to unmanned walk in cooler 3 TR /cold storage 3TR with air cooled condenser, working 24 hours of CHAFB including cleaning, checking of cooling coil, condenser and electric motor and cleaning of compressor and condenser externally with vacuum cleaner replacement of starting and running capacitor, rubber wheels relays, replacing of condensing fan motor and all electrical parts and electrical wiring etc. as and when required, tightening of electrical connections, greasing of electric motor, checking of gas pressure toppingup gas to the desired pressured level to ensure serviceability through out the maintenance period to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Location :Med store-03 Nos,Path lab-01 No,ECHS-01 No Topping up of gas will be measured and paid seperately
