SH:I Approach Frangible and Lattice work. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Frangible Lattice Mast made of Fiber glass composite material of UV Resistant with finish of yellow aviation paint of following height (Excluding Cross Bar & Light Fixtures Height) (+ or - 15 cm adjustable at site) with suitable cross bar upto Length of 5.60 Mtr with a provision of mounting 5 Nos. elevated LED Approach Lights and 01 No. Elevated LED Flash Light as per tender technical specification along with suitable Adopter as per requirement of Site for CAT II Approach Light System meeting the requirements of ICAO Annex-14 Part-1, ICAO Design Manual for Frangibility as required including supply and installation of set of steel foundation bolts with nuts, washers, base frame, anchors, base plates and templates etc., as required for each mast grouting including providing civil concreate foundation work as per the Design of OEM and work to be executed as per directions of the E-I-C.Mast should be designed for survival wind speed of 210 km/hr.

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed, anti-termite & anti rodent treated for operation on 1.1 KV conforming to IS - 9968 (Part - I) 1988 as amended upto date as specified in particular specifications as required.
Laying of one number 2 X 4 sq mm AFL secondary cable along with 1 X 4 sq mm earth cable of voltage grade not exceeding 1.1 KV in the cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE / DWC pipe etc. as required.
Supply of 1 x 6 sq.mm, 5 KV grade, AFL cable, type-C stranded tinned copper conductor, XLPE insulated with copper braided screened PE sheathed Airfield Ground Lighting series cable as per specifications as required
Laying of one number PVC / XLPE / EPR insulated & PVC / PE / PCP sheathed AFL copper conductor power cable of grade exceeding 0.4 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE/DWC pipes etc. as required.
Supply and Fixing of secondary Connectors (male and Female) to 2 x 4 Sq.mm multi stranded annealed conductor PCP sheathed for operation on 1.1 KV conforming to IS - 9968 (Part - I) 1988
Dismantaling of elevated approach light from existing pole or lattice / Translocation / re-Installation, testing and commissioning on newly insatalled frangible pole/lattice structure as per directions of the Engineer In charge
Dismantaling of existing frangible pole/lattice structure then by making modification as per site requirement for Translocation / re-installation of modified frangible pole & lattice structure at new location as per directions of the Engineer In charge
Dismantaling of existing G.I approach pole with foundation box and making same as good for re-uses and handing over to AAI store as per instruction of E-I-C

Supply of 12 inch dia Inset type all weather operation LED uni-directional approach sequenced flashing light fixtures with aluminium shallow base bottom box and matching body of fitting for mountng the fitting, filter/prism (clear), reflector, secondary lead, gasket, driver unit, connected heat resistant accessories etc and other accessories along with Flash Field Control Unit with IP67 protection fixed in a suitable size of 2 mm thick powder coated MS cabinet box including providing all accessories like I/P and O/P Circuit Breaker, Ethernet Port, Remote/Local Operation Facility etc., as required. The fitting shall be of low protrusion type and the prism shall be of replaceable type without applying any compound. The lights shall be compatible with the controller supplied and should be capable of flashing at frequencies 1 or 2 Hz at three different brillancies and suitable for remote operation. The fixtures together with the other lights of the same flashing system should be connected to the flash master control unit. The overall power consumption of light & flashing control field units should be less than 70W and suitable to works on Single Phase 230V± 10%, 50 Hz, single phase, AC Supply etc complete as required. The photometrics of the fitting arrangment shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 Vol I and FAA certified/complied as per tender technical specification and to relevant Standards, Specifications, International Certifications as per the Requirements as required.
Supply of all weather operation LED Elevated Type Unidirectional Approach Sequenced Flashing White Light Fixtures with Flash Field Control Unit (FFCU) with IP 67 Protection, fixed in a suitable size of 2mm thick powder coated MS Cabinet Box, Lights compatible with the Controller supplied and capable of flashing at frequencies 1 or 2 Hz at three different brilliancies and suitable for remote operation, connected to the Flash Master Control Unit, Power Consumption of Light & Flashing Control Field Units not more than 70 W, suitable to work on Single Phase 230V±10%, 50 Hz, Single Phase, AC Power Supply including providing all Accessories like I/P and O/P Circuit Breaker, Ethernet Port, Remote / Local Operation Facility etc., as required, Light Fitting suitable to fix in the existing Pole/Mast, conforming to ICAO Annex 14 Vol I and FAA certified/complied as per tender technical specification and to relevant Standards, Specifications, International Certifications as per the Requirements as required.
Supply of FAA approved Flash Master Control Unit (FMCU) with Touch Screen fixed in a suitable size 2 mm thick Powder Coated MS Cabinet Box capable of feeding Power Supply to FFCUs for flashing and Power Line Communication, suitable to work on Single Phase 230V±10%, 50 Hz, Single Phase, AC Power Supply including providing all Accessories like I/P and O/P Circuit Breaker, Ethernet Port, Remote / Local Operation Facility etc., as required, conforming to ICAO Annex 14 Vol I and FAA certified/complied as per tender technical specification and to relevant Standards, Specifications, International Certifications as per the Requirements as required.
Supply of 1.1KV grade following armoured aluminium/copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Cable conforming to IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1985 as amended upto date as required.

Installation of Inset sequential Flashing light fitting in the concrete/bitumen surface by core cutting with suitable core cutting machine for the required size for fixing the shallow box, alignment of the box to match with the runway surface, fixing it using Dobefil compound with hardener, fixing of top assembly on the shallow box, connecting the inset fitting with FFCU making all electrical connections, making good the surface to the original finish, testing and commissioning of the whole inset fittings etc., complete as required and as per instruction of E-I-C
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sequential Flasher Light Fitting on the Existing Pole/Mast at Field with all accessories as required including laying,crimping / joining of Cable with FFCU, covering with insulation tape, fixing of nuts, bolts and other accessories, alignment, levelling, earth connection etc., complete as required.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Flash Field Control Unit (FFCU) of Sequential Flasher Lights at Field on side of runway approach as required including supports made of 60mm dia. and 500mm height aluminium pole of 5.5 mm thick with fixing the FFCU Metal cabinet box by providing 150mm PCC Cement Concrete (1:2:4) and Pre cast cement contrete cube of minimum size 450 x 450x 600 mm with foundation bolts of minimum length 300mm and 16mm dia & nuts with spring washer of SS 304 grade of suitable size i/c providing breakable couplings and providing cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around the box board upto 0.5 mtr on the four sides of the box for a depth of 150 mm etc. as approved by Engineer-In-Charge complete as required.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Flash Master Control Unit (FMCU) with all accessories on existing wall/surface i/c providing power line connection from Panel and FFCU, control wire connection, connection with the ALCMS at CCR Power House for remote operation, earthing etc., complete as required.
Supply and Laying of 50 mm dia OD HDPE Pipe of PN6 PE 80 grade ISI Marked conforming to IS:4984 along with all accessoreis like sockets, bends, coupler etc, complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.
Supplying and laying of 25mm size ISI marked 'B' class GI pipe and accessories for taking secondary lead from inset fittings to the FFCU box installed outside the runway shoulder by groove cutting with Groove Cutting machine on the bitumen runway surface at a depth upto 40 mm to match the cable entry hole of inset fitting shallow base and width to accommodate the pipe including smooth bending of pipe as per requirement, chipping the slot, alignment and fixing the pipe including connecting to inset light shallow box using coupling/connectors etc., as per requirement, closing the slot with cold bituminous mix road bond i/c i/c supply & applying rapid emulsion RS1 to match the existing runway surface etc., complete as required.
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of power cable of size upto 35 sq.mm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe/CABLE TRAY as required.
Laying of 3C X 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper conductor of 1.1KV grade in existing GI/HDPE/Frangible Lattice Mastpipe as required.
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Construction of masonry Chamber 2m x 1.2 m x 1.5m (deep) inside, in precast cement concrete solid block made from 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse and sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse and sand) including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregated 40 mm nominla size ) of thickness 100 mm and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.
Providing and placing in position 150 mm thick, factory made machine batched & machine precast RCC Rectangular Covers on chambers of various sizes of M 25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT mm dia bar for hooks etc, i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Slab Size - 2.4 mtr x 1.6 mtr.
