Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-I, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI tubing light grade of 100 mm dia bore with all fittings and fixtures laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI tubing light grade of 50 mm dia bore with all fittings and fixtures laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Instalation, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved ) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of Aluminium of suitable size for capacity 800 Amps 3 phase and neutral 415 volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulator with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame including taking down of old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-

(a) MCCB 400 Amps Cap 4 Pole 36 KA 415 volts - 02 Nos for incoming

(b) MCCB 400 Amps Cap 4 Pole 36 KA 415 volts - 01 Nos (Bus Coupler)

(c) MCCB 320 Amps Cap 4 Pole 25 KA 415 volts - 04 Nos

(f) LED Indicating Lamp - 02 Set

(g) Protection MCB 6 A SP - 18 Nos

Note:- (i) The Bus coupler MCCB should be interlocked with the incoming MCCB by Mechanically and Electrically.

(ii) The Design of Panel, Make of Complete accessories and drawing of LT Panel should be submitted by the contractor for pre- approval from Engineer-in Charge before order and execution at site. (IB Pump House).

S&F Sheet metal enclousers with 4 Nos insulated Bus bar of capacity 100 Amps 6 Way capacity with epoxy insulators and at bottom opening for cable connection with 50x6mm thick angle iron base frame including PCC foundation and connecting of incoming and out going cables complete including taking down old unserviceable bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F On Load Change over switch 415 volts in sheet metal enclousers 4 Pole of capacity 200 Amps with connecting accessories complete including taking down old unserviceable change over complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr. Below ground level connecting to galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM ( weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exeeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection all as specified and testing on completion. Note: The cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and pit covers, funnel and watering pipe, wire mesh, charcoal dust and common salt, 40mm dia, medium grade, GI pipe as protection to earth lead and earth lead as 32x6mm dia GI strip (main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point length not less than 7.5mtrs) shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing.
