Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtr. Spade work including all leads & lifts.

Providing & Laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10( 1 Cement:5Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )crushed stone aggregate mechnically mixing & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth including all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering an strutting etc. centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr.removal othe same for in-situ reinforced concrete & Plain concrete work: In foundation,footing,basis of column etc.and mass concrete including all leads & lifts.

Finishing Wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface( Two Coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials including all leads & lifts.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new steel & other metal surfaces with enamel paint brush to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust Enamel paint other than white including all leads & lifts
