Execution of work MW (Cons) S/R to Temple of Vishnu at Bishnupur, Manipur for F.Y-2022-23

Details of Items :

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50metreslead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications .Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications. Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade

Provision for Neat cement punning

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any jmthickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Provision for supplying /purchasing of PVC different capacity dustbins (100 ltr+) with approved quality & brand by the engineer in-charge for proper solid & disposal waste management at site including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand):Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing

Providing lime concreting in lime mortar in 1:2:4 (1 Lime: 2 Surkhi: 4 brick aggregate 20-40mm) with mixing of organic materials to the surrounding aprons of the ancient Vishnu Temple as per the original colour & texture as per direction of the engineer in-charge

Relaying of 20 mm thick lime-sand-surkhi plaster in 1:1:1( 1 lime : 1 coarse sand : 1 Brick Surkhi ) with mixing of organic materials to the damage portions of the temple after carefully removing of all dead plaster from the damage portions as per direction of the engineer incharge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Provision for engagement of one skilled worker for taking Photographs , supervising the work, documentation, other works during the execution of the said work under the supervision of site in-charge /engineer in charge for 4 month from the issue the work order including EPF 13%, ESIC 3.25%,GST , service charge, labour cess etc all applicable.
