Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250KVA transformer with 1250KVA, 11/0.433 KV,3 phase, 50 Hz, outdoor, ONAN type, delta star (Dyn11), copper wound, oil cooled, power transformer confirming to level-2 IS 1180 as new amendment-4 (part-1), with On load tapping of +5% to –5% in 10 equal steps /11 Positions of 2.5% on 11 KV side (primary), having 11 KV cable end termination box on primary side suitable to connect 2 x 150 sq.mm, 11 KV grade, XLPE aluminium conductor power cable and secondary side cable end box suitable for connecting 4 x 300 Sq.mm XLPE insulated, 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor power cable, with neutral brought out separately including , suitable mounting on M.S. channel with all accessories and confirming to IS 2026 (part-1 to Part 5) & CBIP specifications including transportation of the transformer, connections etc. complete as required along with the following accessories and protection complete etc as required. Sub Head-III (Cable Laying): Supply of 3.5 core x 300 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed Aluminium Armoured cable etc as required. Make: Finolex/Polycab/Havells.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm)

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq. mm

Sub Head-III (EARTHING): Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. With charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Mtr long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Sub Head-III (Civil work): Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.
